Beautiful original finish, taffy colored pegs, always used gut strings and a Bausch bow. Mellow wonderful tone. I have actively enjoyed this cello since purchasing it in the early 1960's. It has been in many orchestras, Baroque & chamber groups, trio's, etc., over the years.
