Haydn Cello Concerto in D or is it Kraft?

I remember at least 2 boards where this was debated and I read Bob and David Sanders comments on it from a tutti news letter, but what I'm wondering is how can I find the boards in the archives where this was discussed. I'm working on a research paper and wanted to see the comments written. The only archives I seem to be able to find are from May 1999. I must be doing something wrong. Thanks.
