I haven't heard of Starker's book. What's it about?

Isn't it a mystery novel?

Re: starker
Starker (the cellist, of course) wrote a method book, called The Organized Method of Cello Playing.
He also wrote captions to a book of drawings called The Role Call of the Blessed Ones. They are carricatures of famous musicians drawn by a former cellist from the Cleveland Orchestra, and Gary Stucka's stand partner, George Sicre, that Starker has written sarcastic captions for. It's quite amusing.
