Free Cello Sheet
music - anyone interested?
Hello everyone! I hope you are having a grand summer  (I
unfortunately managed to cut part of a fingertip off on my left hand
so I have been unable to practice cello for some time....
)
If anyone remembers, I am the strange person who's interest
in digging up the lesser known Cello Concertos out there - and find
joy in typing them in on the computer.
I have typed in about
half a dozen now, (and am currently working my way through the full
score of the Schumann - am at the beginning of the 3rd
movement).
Well, I have begun building a webpage to offer the
Solo Cello parts of these concertos and I now wonder if anyone would
be interested in it? Unfortunately I've lost my Acrobat CD and can
not make PDF files at the moment so I can only save to GIF
files.
I am offering the Porpora Cello Concerto in A minor.
The zip contains the solo part in GIF format and a midifile of the
full score (eh well, it's only for Cello, Violins and BC)

PLEASE
tell me what you think of this, and if you think it would make a
good site. I also would like input on my 'setting' of the
systems/bars etc. Is it clear/"too crowded" etc ?

Thanks, Daniel. What kind of notation program are you
using?
I think the score looks good. I opened it with
Pictureviewer and viewed it in normal format and then printed at 70%
and got a page-sized printout. (Mac.)
I'm always interested
in things like this, even though I'm probably not going to do more
than play through it to see what it is like.

trouble
printing
hi Daniel, it looks good when I see it on my screen. Only it is far
too big and I cannot find how to make it smaller. When I print it
only gives the upper right hand part, three bars, 5 lines.
Any
help is very welcome
