Maja Bogdanovic Cellist

Hi! My name is Maja, and I have played cello for 10 years. I was born in Belgrade 1982. When I was six, I began studying with my prof., Nada Jovanovic.

I have a lot of first, second and third prizes in my country and abroad:

Special prizes
Italy-Tortona (99 points) 1995.
Belgrade "Petar Konjovic" (100 points) 1997.
Belgrade- republic competition (100 points) 1995.
Belgrade- federal competition (100 points) 1995.
Belgrade- republic competition (100 points)1998.

First prize
Slovakia- "Augustin Prohasku" 1996.
Subotica- festival

Second prizes
Czech- "Heranova violoncellova soutez" 1997.
Belgrade- "Petar Konjovic" 1993.

Third prize
Belgrade- "Petar Konjovic" 1995.

Three times I won in competition in Sr. Karlovci, in Yugoslavia.

Paris Conservatory of Music and Dance (Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris)

2nd year, with Michel Strauss.
