When I was shopping for my cello, one I looked at was from Hungrey, I would assume they could be found in Bulgaria. I would think that you could find a very good one for a great price. That is if you can afford it in the Peace Corps. I envy you for the chance to do both. Never had a time where I could just walk away for two years. Maybe when I retire in 20 years.
